Shareback
Shaping the design of a UK AI sales startup backed by
General Catalyst and
LocalGlobe
Shareback serves Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations teams. As they approached new clients, they needed a confident presence on the web. We rebuilt its website to communicate the founders' vision for the future of sales.
Before
Shareback’s existing website was falling behind the company’s direction. The message no longer reflected the vision that founders presented to their prospects. That made it confusing for clients searching for Shareback after demos and sales calls.
It also left important questions about privacy and security unanswered. Shareback took both seriously, but visitors handling sensitive business information couldn’t easily see how their data would be protected.
What we did
We rebuilt the website in Next.js, moving it out of Framer so Shareback’s team had more flexibility to develop it further.
Working with Shareback’s team, we refined the homepage around its audience, the value it offers, and a clear route to book a demo. We solidified the design language created by the previous designer, Olia Gozha, and brought more consistency to the layouts and visual hierarchy.
We introduced a separate Security page to address common concerns that came up on sales calls. To help Shareback expand their team and present the company properly, we also added a Careers page explaining the product story and values.
Result
Shareback now had an updated website where prospects could understand who the company serves, see the experience behind it, and take the next step through a clear demo-booking path.
The new website gives Shareback a more coherent starting point for prospective client and investor conversations. The team can direct people to one public page that introduces the company, explains its relevance, and addresses important trust questions before a conversation begins.

Our website needed to convey Shareback’s vision. Adam helped us visually tell that story while also displaying the credibility and rigor we bring to the table. Nothing is more important than data privacy and security and he helped us convey that.
