Creating a portal for a major Czech real estate group spanning property sales, financing and investor services

Before

MECH Reality came to us with an existing but outdated website that didn’t communicate its services properly. The team needed a portal that supported how it sold property and advised clients, while connecting with MECH’s existing sales tools. People looking to sell a property or understand its value had to be routed to the right service.

MECH also needed to share articles and case studies, and link to property listings published through a 3rd party service. The challenge was to bring those needs together in a site the team could launch and continue editing easily without a dedicated developer.

What we did

To meet the team’s needs we chose to design and develop the website in Framer. We created a complete web portal with dedicated service pages, a blog and case-study system, and a property-listing page. All connected to MECH’s existing sales system and analytics.

On the operational side, we worked with MECH’s integration specialist to connect the website forms to the existing CRM workflow, then stayed involved through testing and launch.

As MECH expanded its offer, we continued building new pages and CMS collections, including a self-service system that lets its real estate agents create and update their own profile pages. Since the initial launch the portal has become increasingly robust.

Result

The result was a website that became the centre of MECH Reality operations, routing customers to other services such as MECH’s investing portal, or an Expo page for its real estate event with 10,000+ attendees historically.

Going forward, MECH now has a live place which it uses as part of its day-to-day commercial work.
