Designing and launching a sharper website for Talent’em
Talent'em already had a rough site structure and the core copy for the website. Launch Studio’s job was to turn these resources into a full, polished design.
The goal was not to reinvent the message but to give the company the premium website presentation that it needed.
The challenge
Talent’em operates in a market where many companies make similar promises: faster hiring, better candidates, less effort.
Their difference is more specific. Talent’em combines media targeting, AI screening, and recruitment expertise into one hiring process. The website needed to make that feel trustworthy and easy to take seriously from the first screen.
The work
Launch Studio handled the website design and development.
Working from Talent’em’s existing structure, we focused on the parts that shape perception immediately: visual direction, interaction design, animations, and production polish.
The site needed to feel eye-catching yet professional, and it needed enough motion and visual character to make Talent’em feel different from traditional recruitment firms.
Visual direction
The design direction was built around Talent’em’s mix of AI and human judgment.
We redrew their existing mascot into a version that fits their new visual direction. This, along with a strong section design, animated bits, and custom illustration work, made the site feel more mature and more distinctive.
One of the most important pieces was the hero illustration. The page already had the information it needed, but the first impression needed a stronger visual idea. We explored a metaphor that showed a large pool of candidates being narrowed down into a smaller group of pre-screened people ready for interviews.
That became the visual anchor for the opening screen and helped make the product feel more concrete before visitors started reading deeper into the page.
Shipping on a tight timeline
The website was designed and developed in a tight two-week timeline.
The final release included the main landing page, bilingual setup, case study sections, supporting pages, and full responsiveness.
The result
Talent’em launched a website that now works as a sales channel and a credibility tool for the business development team.
The finished site gives their existing content a stronger frame: more polished, more visual, more interactive, and easier to use in client conversations.
It helped Talent’em strengthen their market presence, improve the quality of sales conversations, and support increases in website traffic and lead generation.
